Fixing My missing Realteck drivers

I gang I am new here and sorry not a geek by any means so bare with me. after fight and help from member am able to post a new thread. Is there a fix program that is TRULY FREE that won't try to make me buy that can deteck my missing Realtek drivers and maybe even set -up files as in trying to clean up my xp I deleted them to and out of recycle box. Not comfortable opening my early 90s Gigabyte tower withwindows xp. Is there a program like maybe combofix that will work. the software itself was fine untill my srew -up!Have tried about twenty programs so far that claim FREE!!!!!
Is nothing really free anymore. thanks so much for any help to a download link that will help but more important be free. Basically saying NO AUDIO Device found but the card is in there and I'm sure is fine.

Do you see the device in Device Manager? As an unknown device, or a flagged (yellow exclamation mark) device?

You could try DriverMax; it can detect unknown devices or incorrect/outdated drivers. The free version allows 2 driver downloads per day.

 

Have you tried just going to realteks site?

Most realtek drivers have all versions in them, you just need to choose x86 (x32bit) or x64 (64bit)

Then check here on majorgeeks for everest or avida64 (will run on 32bit).
It will tell you all your hareware spec's
