flash chat question

    How can I save a log of chatroom text from a flash chatroom? Maybe over a few hours or even longer?
    Also, could anyone direct me to a page with useful information about the ins and outs of flash chat for the technologically retarded?
    Please and thank you.

    (ps: I have firefox latest and xp home)
