I am probably about to make a complete idiot out of myself but I have a usb flash drive, made by simple tech. One day i tried to use it and it just stopped working. i plug it into the usb port, and windows chimes letting me know that it recognizes that i have input a device. I went into my computer and it listed it as drive "Removable Disk (F:" When it previously was listed it as
"SIMPLETECH(K:". Also i would try to copy data onto it and it says " Cannot copy:Cannot find the file specified. I have tried to copy several different types of media onto it, and still get the same thing. I believe there is still corrupted data on the drive. What can i do?

Well have you tried to format it? DON'T do this if you have important data on the drive. When you go into My Computer right click on your flash disk and then click on format. Make sure it's your flash disk you are formatting and not your C:\ otherwise you are gonna have alot more problems.
(I loved Duke Nukem 3D - "It's time to kick ass and chew bubble gum and I'm all out of gum")
