Flash help

Someone has given me a Link to

For a program that will let me take my photos or Graphics I made and turn them into Flash Animations.

I would have put this on the same Post but it is down or off this site.

When I go to the Link it take me the program Power Bulit Pressanter.
And I never can get any Documents on how to use it.

It is all in None USA Documents and YouTube has just one USA video but does not show you how to ad your Photos or how to make them into Flash?

Just one thing under all the Linkjs on the right is the Down Load Tab and I did it.

It gave me a file
installvectoriangiotto.exe

This is the right one the free one I meen?

Because when I tryed to download it before something happened and I got Power Bulit Presenter.

I just want to make sure I have the right one that you told me to get?

I just whent to the right side of the webpage and click the get started.

A list came up of everything to do but I did not see anything in the list for making your Photos or pictures into a Flash file???

 

Just follow the instructions,,it's all right there.
