flash install error

hi

i'm having a problem installing flash after putting a new harddrive in my system

when i go to download it it comes up saying 'Unable to authenticate installer'

othertimes i don't get the error but it just hangs on the installer

i've tryed downloading the flash uninstaller and a install pack but it doesnt install with that either

 

What browser and OS are you using?
Do you still have the problem if you tried another browser?

You can try a 3rd party to uninstall the undesired BHOs and/or ActiveX components. Search the download section for one you like but I know ToolbarCop and Spybot Search and Destroy both have the capability to remove browser add-ins/plug-ins. In Spybot, you will have to click on Mode > Advanced Mode > Yes > Tools > Active X (or) BHO tab to delete the ones you do not want.
