Flash issues - no video on youtube + radio not working

Hello,
I had some problems with my Windows Media Player Firefox Plugin (not resolved yet - http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=89901) and since yesterday evening I'm also having issues with my Flash. I get no picture on youtube (the sound is ok) in Firefox and Google Chrome, while it works all right in Opera and IE. I also can't launch the radio on this site http://www.rtve.es/radio/ no matter which browser I use. When I click on it with the right mouse button it tells me that the video hasn't been loaded: http://img13.imageshack.us/img13/619/radionm.jpg

My version of Flash: 10,2,152,26
My system: Windows Vista

 

try to install the non IE version,which is basically the flash plug-in for flash in Firefox
