Flash memory device problem

    Hy,I`m new here & I`m having a problem with my flash memorystick pro.It`s showing that it has 800 MB data inside but there is no file shown.The memorystick can`t be formatted,it wont accept any data.I scanned it with AVG & Esset,no dice.My cellphone can`t show any problems & I can`t run the chkdsk option for it.I have no idea how it happend.So,I`m hoping one of you might know how to fix it with my computer?
