    Hey Geeks! :)

If I buy a Flash Memory Stick in Japan, will it be compatible with an English OS? Meaning, are there any programs and/or files already loaded on the stick (i.e. help files or user manuals etc.)? Or, can I just buy it plug it in and go?

    Thanks guys.

    Hi,

It should be formatted but there is nothing else usually on a Flash Memory Stick. I suggest you insert it into your computer, it should recognise it and then go ahead and use it. I assume it is for a USB port.

Yep, it's for a USB port. Thanks, Frodo, for the quick reply. I figured it wouldn't be a problem, but thought I should ask anyway! :D
