After getting tired of scanning the computer for hours, I moved all that I
wanted to keep, to the second hd for backup, and formatted the c: drive
and reinstalled xp on the c: drive, after that, I deleted all that I had on the
second hd, one by one until there was nothing left, and then formatted the
d: drive directly from windows, allocation size 512kB.(d: drive)

Then the updates started "Automatic Actualizations Updates" (on the c:, the d: is still empty)

I can't, I mean the computer can't, successfully end the update! (Flash Player KB923789)
And as far as I know, I don't even have FP, I do have adobe reader though!

Does anyone have any ideas, that might resolve the problem?

I can't read the language on your screen prints; I don't know what they say.

Anyway, I suggest you get Flash Player here: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/. Let's see if that stops the error message.

I uninstalled the previous versions of Flash Player, even though I didn't had a
previous version: Uninstall Flash Player, it worked,
the "Automatic Actualizations Updates" Flash Player (KB923789), didn't return!

Does anyone of you recomend that I DL a new FP, is it a must have or am I
better off without, for security reasons?

Well, an awful lot of websites use Flash nowadays. So, if you want to enjoy their content to the fullest extent, then you must install it. I can't imagine being without it; a lot a major news content streamed over the Internet now uses Flash. So, I wouldn't be without it. If this isn't important to you, then you can choose to not have it.

I'm not aware of any significant security issues with Flash Player. Of course, you probably update it to the latest version when updates become available.
