Google came across site on removing Flash Pro Virus
Is FP Pro a virus? Seems to be conflicting sites oon this program

I would only install from http:/get.adobe.com/flashplayer (or another adobe.com location.) You can verify your currently installed version by visiting this page: Flash Player Version

Never update anything in response to a pop up window. If you didn't ask for it, don't click on it. Open Task Manager and kill the window from there. If you have a program that needs updated, check the program's own update features or the maker's website.
