Flash shuts down explorer

When I try to visit pliladelphiaparkcasino.com I was told to install Flash 9 to view the site. Flash 9 was installed and site will not display and shuts down my IE6 and screws up my registry. I am windows98. The Flash site says to install some patch for permission and extract some files. Before I start playing with my registry I thought that I would ask a geek if this is the right way to go. It seems that the only time that I have this problem is with Philadelphiaparkcasino.com. If I could get through the back door to the site and avoid their flash that would do fine by me. Can you help?
