Flash videos play in slow motion after Xp install

Hey! I decided to quit linux after some issues with flash player and came back to windows. I have installed Xp sp 3 and now i can't watch any online videos from youtube or similar sites because they play in slow motion and sound sometimes is left behind.
I've tried chrome and mozilla with last version of flash player - no change
I've tried different versions of video drivers - no change
Before I use windows xp sp 2 on the same machine(amd barton 2600+, 512 ram, ati radeon 9600) no hardware changes and videos ran flawless. Any ideas guys? Thanks

Well 'm using chrome and it has flash installed but I also have version 11.3.31.225 installed for mozilla.
Hardware Acceleration enabled or disabled does nothing.
I tried the latest driver for my video card from AMD site + the version on the cd that came with my pc + another 2 versions..
Any other ideas?

You could try to disable protected mode for Firefox; see http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1018071

Make sure you have the Flash Player version that plodr indicated above.
