Flashdrive Folder Shortcut When Opening

I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit

This is NOT the Shortcut Virus listed on your site because I can always view all my files on all my flashdrives.
BUT to be safe I did d/l the tool -Shortcut Virus Remover 1.9- from here and ran it but no change.
This has been going on for 3 or 4 days and driving me crazy.
To be fair, it's prolly my fault as I was trying to do something in CMD at that time and must have messed something up.

Here is my problem:
I insert a flashdrive
The AutoPlay box pops up
I choose "Open folder to view files"
A new box opens showing a shortcut icon followed by the word KINGSTON (flashdrive name)
I now have to double click on that shortcut icon to finish opening the folder to view my files in it.
When I right click on the shortcut icon and choose 'Properties' it gives me the info below...

%systemroot%\system32\cmd.exe /V/R TYPEqjM.chk|CMD

OR on a different flashdrive the properties show this below...

%systemroot%\system32\cmd.exe /r %CoMspEc%<qjM.CHK

AND on a different flashdrive the properties show this below...

C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe /rtYpEqjm.chk|cmd

DOES ANYONE know how to get rid of the shortcut icon permanently so when i choose "Open folder to view files" it instantly
opens and shows all my files instead of having tthe extra step of double clicking that shortcut icon?

I can delete the icon but the next time I insert the flashdrive, it's right back there again.
