flashing asylum fx5500 to asylum fx5700 bios

    ok im using the nvflash program to do it is there a better program to use cause i cant get it to work it wont flash...i made the boot disk with the nvflash program on it and with the bios rom file on it but everytime i got to flash it takes me back to the menu screen it will let me backup but it will not flash...i dont know if im using the wrong commands or what someone please help
