Flashing Monitor Problem

    The bottom half of the display on my monitor keeps flashing when I move the mouse around. As far as I know I have the correct drivers installed. Monitor is a 19 inch widescreen (Samsung SyncMaster 940BW). Is this a driver problem of the monitor or the integrated video card (RADEON XPRESS 200 Series (Microsoft Corporation - WDDM)? Can anyone point me in the right direction of how to fix it?

    id get the proper driver for your gfx card & see if that sorts it out.
    (the microsoft drivers are always pretty lousy)
