Flashplayer crashes with webcam, can someone help?

Ok so I have tried googling a fix for this but I can't seem to find a work around and it also seems a ton of other people have been having this issue.

The problem is: no matter which webcam chats I go on (tinychat, stikam etc.) flashplayer crashes right after selecting the video source. It's doing this on every single browser I have. I.E., Firefox, Chrome, and Safari

I've uninstalled and reinstalled both flash and shockplayers, even uninstalled/reinstalled my nVidia driver and it's still doing tis

My webcam broke awhile back so I'm using my android for now and it does work great on Skype and other applications. Just flash keeps crashing on websites where webcam is useable. Youtube even works fine and I think the only site I can actually get the cam to work on is Chatroulette

Any ideas?

I did list the browsers but sorry for not listing the versions, they are all the latest versions but I will jot them down anyway

I'm on a windows 7 home edition 64 bit OS

graphics card is nVidia Geforce GTX 260 with latest driver
