If you have just updated to IE7 then ist very possible the Flash plugin for the browser needs installing again, I had same issue a few weeks ago, I just clicked to install the flash plugin again when the site involved prompted me to.

Flash Player and it's ActiveX seem to be a bit tricky when doing updates and installations. To avoid clutter in Windows folders and the registry, I prefer to uninstall Flash and install any new versions, as in the case of this weeks latest version of Flash for IE. However, the correct way to uninstall is to use the uninstaller provided in the Adobe web site for Flash Player...per Adobe's recommendation, if you are updating to this latest version. Good luck.
