Recently I bought a Lenovo computer without a floppy drive. I had an extra one laying around so I decided to put it into the computer. I opened up the case, connected the IDE and power cable correctly than booted up the computer. Win XP started fine and when I click onto My Computer I don't see the A: drive. So I checked the Device Manager and saw that the floppy drive is installed. My question is why can I not see it in My Computer?

    Double check your BIOS settings.
