flv, xp home, player

I found a link to this site at

see video near bottom of page and coding box above. It does not work by doing a copy and paste to my web page setting it between body tags. I search out some of those URL and they are either old or don't work.

I like that video player shown. I've got Adobe flv player but no clue how to use that video on my site with a *.flv file I can open on my XP home desktop.

any help would be appreciated.
