Foggy unclear address bar.

This may be a trick of the eyes, but I just had a friend who saw it the same as me. Sometimes the address bar is out of focus, but only on some sites. One for example is this Example. Does anyone else see that as fuzzy? Don't worry about the webpage itself, just look at the address bar. If so, is there any way to fix it, cuz it hurts my eyes.

Nope looks clear to me.

Spartan, this will only apply if you're running Earthlink dialup with their Accelerator. If so, the accelerator is great for loading text fast, but graphics and photos don't load as fast and show up with poor resolution.


If that applies to your situation, go to your bottom toolbar system tray (where the clock is) and right-click on either the Earthlink icon, or the double-arrow accelerator icon (depending on the version used). Click accelerator Options, then click the Graphics & Ads tab, and move the slider to Low. You'll lose some of the acceleration, but graphics, photos and images will be clear.

You can also right-click on the page with the fuzzy text and in the box that opens, click on Refresh Page with Full Quality. If that clears it up, then I believe you do have a problem with acceleration.

So, you can leave it at fast acceleration and just clear up the individual pages as needed, or you can slow things down by moving the Graphics & Ads acceleration to Low.
