Folder Display Sometimes Too Slow On Win10/64 Laptop

    Hi! When I open certain folders on my Win10/64 laptop, it sometimes takes forever to display their contents. It couldn't be the number of files in the folder, as it sometimes works. The main culprit is the Downloads folder, but there are others. What could be causing this?
