Font change

    I have Windows ME, and my browser is INTERNET EXPLORER, Version 6

    Somehow, I managed to get the font that appears in my Address Bar and elsewhere in my mail server, where I type entries, to appear in Italics. Very difficult to read.
    I have not been able to eliminate this and get back to a straight font. I have tried every menu regading changes to desktop, mail server, to no avail
    Can anyone help me solve this riddle

    have you tried to change your primary display font, click
    the Appearance tab.
