   Hi,
   In the attached image, in the bookmarks section some characters do not display properly, they don't seem to be decoded, but if you look at the top left part of my Firefox window, you can see show correctly over there, and on the responding website.
   What can i do make them display properly in my bookmarks folder?

   I suspect the cryllic font used in Windows itself is corrupted or missing. Go here to get new ones.
