At another topic I asked for the system fonts, which according to the sfc command and the manual control of Windows/fonts folder are fine.
The issue with bad font persist, see screenshot here http://pasteboard.co/m8lGq6DkT.jpg
One application uses a font for the dialogues, which when is missing makes those sw uncontrollable. Does anyone know what font it can be, and why makes that mess?
Thanks for comprehension and any advice

Are you using Windows 10? Don't know if it could be the problem, but I think W10 has a block for fonts located outside the normal Fonts folder.

Just saw your other thread. See you are on Windows 7. Did you try mdonah's link for replacing Windows fonts? If you have an old backup of your OS from before you removed some, you might be able to restore the fonts that way. This is if your backup program lets you restore individual files. Most do but some don't.

I have always kept a special backup folder (just a copy/paste backup) of the system fonts, so I could easily move them onto a new installation of Windows.

If the application uses a proprietary font, you may need to uninstall and re-install that application to get that particular font back.

Scratches head. I'm confused. What is your screenshot supposed to show?
I see SAP Visual Enterprise Author 7.1 preferences
the tab 3D editor is selected
On that tab I can read all the choices.
The only item not selected is Use TCB Interpolation by default for new controllers

Think about this. If your screenshot, the one you posted, looks like a mess to you but I can see everything perfectly and do not have the software installed on my computer, then you are missing something that comes with Windows 7 and not a font that comes with the installation of that program. (I am using a 32 bit Home premium version at the moment).

I'm with plodr. I can read the same thing she is. Were you wanting to show a document/file produced in this application?
