for defrag purpose

How to unlock C:\$Extend\$UsnJrnl:$J:$DATA.I need this cos my O&O Defrag 8.5can't defrag this files,so they scatered all over the disc.

Do a boot time defragmentation on your disk. That's the only way, since the most fragmented files in this list are the Master File Table and the NTFS Journal.
