A friend of mine introduced me to 2leep which shares traffic between blogs. I was skeptical because I am not a fan, but it appears to be working very well for me on PedalToTheMetal.Com. You put up shared links at the bottom of your page (best place) and they send back 150-250% more traffic. So far, it has been very accurate on posting similar content, which is what kills a typical link trading site like this one since often you get traffic not related to your content. It also offers an affilate code so you can earn traffic from referring friends, even better!

Done the application off that link of you posted and linked to my blog, I ahve blogged about Pedal before but this sounds good and reminds me to blog again about Pedal to keep the momentum going.
