    Check out MS KB 929120 update.

    This is a patch for Western Australia's move to try daylight saving for 3 month's.

    Sets your system time to allow for WA daylight saving.
    Guess you could always set your time to GMT +9 (at Seoul or Yakutsk). :D :D
