    Hello
I'm new to this forum and dont know if this Qsn has already been answered - if so, perhaps someone will direct me to it - thanks

    Problem:

I have one user administrator account in my XP SP2 Home - this account I was able to configure to the Windows Classic Style via Display Properties Menu - very pleased with that -

BUT I wanted another administrator account and created one easily enough BUT on trying to configure it to Windows Classic Style via Display Properties Menu - NO JOY - just get messages:

"The visual styles could not be loaded because the file failed to load"

Would appreciate help to get this right - In Windows/resources/themes - thereis a small file (2.95kb) called Windows Classic - is this the one that wont load? If so why?

I WOULD PREFER TO FORCE WINDOWS CLASSIC STYLE AS DEFAULT FOR XP IF THAT IS POSSIBLE
