This is for anyone with a really old computer that needs to boot from a CD and can't because the BIOS doesn't have that option. I was in that position a year ago and found a solution.
    Go here http://linux.simple.be/tools/sbm
    and download sbm.img
    Go here http://www.chrysocome.net/rawwrite
and grab the latest 0.7 binary zip Windows version (doesn't support Vista)

    1. Unzip and keep the Rawwrite.exe handy
    2. Insert a blank floppy into the drive
    3. Click on Rawwrite.exe and in the box that appears, make sure that A appears in the floppy drive box.
    4. Below where it says image file, click the three dots an search for sbm.img then clik the Write button.
Th img file will write to the floppy (just like an ISO burns to a CD or DVD).
    5. If you want to test it, keep the floppy in the drive, reboot the computer and if the floppy drive is the first boot device, you will get a screen with menu, giving you a choice to boot from the CD drive.
