Oh please I pray someone in here can help me out. I formatted a hard drive from one of my older laptop's. I cannot tell you the specific laptop, but I know it was a Dell and I want to say it was an Inspiron, but don't trust that. I reinstalled the hard drive to an Acer Aspire 5733, but now I have no network adapter installed, wrong graphics card it says etc. What do I do about the network adapter?? I tried going into the wizard, but I have no clue as to which adapter I would even need to install. Am I screwed here or what? I'm not sure the picture of the hard drive helps at all, but it doesn't hurt to post it I guess. :(

First go to device manager/network adaptor and see if it is a
Atheros Broadcom Intel or Realtek and the right OS

Do the same for the Graphics driver
I,ll get back to you with how to manualy install them

I hope you mean that you took a hd with no OS, put it into the Acer and then installed Windows on it.

You can't simply take a hd with some working version of Windows on it and put it into a computer with different hardware and expect it to work.
