Format Factory Bit Rate Question

Hi,

I started using Format Factory and wanted to increase the bit rate on one of the custom video settings I had created.

I set the default bit rate from 2400 to 10,000 and converted a short MP4 test file. But the slight choppiness that I had seen at the 2400 bit rate setting was still there with this supposed 10,000 bit rate MP4 file I had created.

So I opened up the properties of this MP4 file in Windows Explorer and the total bit rate only showed a bit over 3,000.

Is there something I'm missing? I've changed the bit rate in other software and been able to smooth out the motion in action videos before. How come I'm not able to do this with Format Factory?
