Format Factory not converting properly. Need help.

    When I try to convert a video it comes out as a 1 second video, that's a few 100 kbs
    Is there a certain way the videos have to be for Format Factory to be able to convert it
    I am trying to convert a series, and it works up until a certain episode then messes up with this error
