   I desperatly need to format my drive, windows 7 disc does not give me option to format drive, i need it formated so i can get rid of the annoying recovery console that was installed on xp.... is there a tool i can use/download to totaly wipe the disc clean, if there is such a tool/program i would apreciate being pionted in the right direction and advised on how to safely use it.
