Format Removable 3.5 in XP

    Sorry if this is a dumb question or is in the wrong place - but I can't figure out how to format a removable 3.5 floppy in XP Home.

    It used to be easy with the command prompt and just type Format A: but that doesn't work in XP.

    Hi

    Just open My Computer and with a Floppy in the drive right click the 3.5" Floppy Icon and choose Format.
