Fortres Problems...

    I have installed Fortres on an XP machine, but it doesn't seem to do anything against a user name with administrative rights. There are two user names (admin and lab), admin has administrator rights and lab is a limited account, but how do I set up Fortres to lock a PC under admin? Fortres works just fine when logged in as lab. Please let me know if there is a way to do it. Thanks!
