forum problems

ok
in another forum( and I have already talked with them)
I make a post or a new thread(its a v bullitin)
it will takeand I can see itbut only after i post

example
if i post a new thread in the lounge lets say "kudo' to kodo"
and on the forum home page it will say
Lounge. . . . . . . . . . . .kudo's to kodo by jarcher
but if I click the link to the lounge my thread will not be there
and if I go to the forum home page it will still be there
now lets say that MA see the thread and posts a reply at 1:00
but say its now 2 am and I think nobody has replied because it still says the the last post was made by me
I won't see it unless I log out and log back in

what the heck could that be

 

oh and its not on there end
they said it has to be my computer
they logged in as me
and its all good with them
I can't figure it out
but its only there

 

something wrong with the cookies maybe?
but if so. .why only there?

for where it asks you if you want to look for updates to a page
automaticly
every visit to a page
or never thing
