Found In Translation

why does one occasionally find a wiki in a foreign language when the english one doesn't even exist? case in point, here's a jazz singer currently on the rise in the US:

so there's wikis in german and magyar, but not english? for an american singer??

worse yet, when u click "translate" on the page, the english produced is...PERFECT. i can't believe it.

i've seen enough auto-translate to not buy it here. is this an ACTUAL english page which is "hidden" for some reason? i seriously don't believe that was machine produced.
