Found Solution to "Only the Best"

    I found the solution, its cheesy but it works. Figure out the approximate date the spyware started and do a system restore to an earlier time. Hope this helps.

    one last thing, before I did the system restore I deleted Ifeatsl file from add/remove programs. Good luck.
