Found Vice City

for pc or ps2? i thought it was going to take awhile for the pc version to come out.

MA, Question for you? I noticed on one of the boards that they mentioned a possible Multiplayer aspect to the new GTA. Do you see it in this version?

 

I hightly doublt multiplayer will be added to VIce City.
For anyone that owns this game I highly recommend going out and buying the official game guide. For a game this size it realy helps out a ton.
Also any news on what the ultimate secret vehicle is?

 

they promised it... it wasn't in gta3 but it was supposed to be in VC (for pc at least)

 

I thought GTA3 was loads better on the PC, controls are better I think, and it doesnt run at that choppy 26fps or whatever it is. Looks great in high-res, and more vehicles in it too.

Im waiting for it to hit PC as well, should look better then it does on PS2 and play better.

 

I believe my brother found the ultimate vehicle that you speak of. On the PS2 version. It is a Hapatchi helecopter that you steal from the army, it can shoot dual rockets and shit like that, it's pretty tyte!

 

It is surely a notch above GTA3. It seems like they made a lot of improvements to game play. The music is spectacular..all 80's. I've heard like 4 or 5 different Michael Jackson tunes, Wnag Chung is on there...you get the picture. I think they're gonna release a Vice City soundtrack, and it's supposed to be, like, 7 disks...if that gives you any indication as to how many songs there are...

 

who cares? gonna do the same as with gta³ and put my own music in the game

 

Yea, the display box for the game has them all pictured on it.

I wont buy em, but Im waiting for PC version so I can put my own music

 

Vice city is way better then GTA 3. I agree that playing gta 3 on my friends pc is very slow after playing it on my ps2. It's choppy and the controls aren't as good, Unless you have a nice comp.

 

If you have a good comp, get it for the PC (GTA3) and it will look and play lots better.

I cant wait for it to hit PC, will look better and play better then it does on the PS2

Anyway, love this game! HAven't cheated yet, and am on the biker missions. I killed DIaz, now I have his mansion and his helicopter. The Apache (hunter) is nucking futs hard to steal (havent got it myself). But, bikes are cool, I like doing endos and hammering ppl with the mp5 at the same time.
There are lots of guns and cars, too.
Getting 6 wanted stars is hard, but then the tanks and troops come after you, and death is imminent.

Still, it is so very much fun. I love it

 

yes, VC is a major step up I think gave me hours of fun

o ya, the apache copter is availbible after 100 packages or if you want the easy way out and by chance get the "official xbox magazine" one of the older demo disk gives you everything to where your 100% done with it all so you just goof round... recommended for the lazy ones! up to you good luck!

Also, About the helicopter being hard to steal... I dont know if you know this or not but its a real helpful hint for getting in and out with it. Go to the police station and if you go to the left I believe when you walk in youll go into a locker room of some sort where you can get a cop uniform. After that drive to the other island and you should be able to just walk in and take the copter. Worked for me haha good luck and tell me if it works!
