fp 2000 server extension

In Microsoft Frontpage 2000, while i create an email form,
it (the help file ) says the web server must support frontpage 2000 server extension to receive the email message through the form.

In yahoo help file it is written that

"Yahoo! supports FrontPage 2000, FrontPage 2002, and the FrontPage 2003 features that can be supported by the Microsoft FrontPage 2002 server extensions. Yahoo! does not support later versions of FrontPage."

How to configure yahoo mail to receive the message in my yahoo mail??

P.S I am using 98 Se and installed the server extension in my PC.

 

Frontpage 2002 (XP) is the latest it wotks with Frontpage 2003 as well.
