FP2003-Text high light on move over

    Hi,
    I have a pretty basic question. I may just be searching it wrong.
    I have plain text that when someone moves their arrow over it I want it to highlight so they know they can click on it.

    I found out how to make it immediately go to the page when someones arrow rolls over the link but not how to just highlight.
