Fps problems help!!! :(

    been getting bad fps on the game counter strike 1.6. in smoke and when i see more than 4/5 people it gets quite bad goes from 100 to 60 and mouse will go sticky so i cant aim. im using gforce 7300 BFG gt 512mb. ive tried updating drivers, changing graphics card all sorts still the same problem. been told it may be procesor? your help would be great thanks

    Post your full specs please,
    and your OS as well as anything that may be running like anti-virus, or Windows indexing.
