framedyn / srclient uninstalled

Every time I turn on my PC I get the following 2 messages:-

rundll32.exe - Unable To Locate Component
This application has failed to start because framedyn.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

RUNDLL
Error loading srclient.dll
The specified module could not be found.

There was an old thread which seemed to suggest framedyn is malware, If that's the case, it can stay uninstalled. But I somehow think my system is running a couple of organs short.

What would be the conventional opinion about what I should do? Can I download the 2 files if needed? Is the status quo (without the files) detrimental to the effective running of my pc?
