I have Win7. 64Bit and I had to Reinstall it and all of my Programs.

I am going to Reinstall Movie Studio 15 Platinum.

It is going good and gets to the screen that tells me it will Install Microsoft.net Framework 4.0 so I Click Ok.

I looks like it is doing it then it stops and says One Or More Files Can Not Be Downloaded. Please Check You Internet Connection And Try Again.

I have Internet what is going on?

And Yes this is the Insall Disc and it just has the Setup.exe File.

I just got ndp48-x86-x64-allos-enu Off of MajorGeeks.
And I went to Install my Movie Studio Program and this Time it Installed.

When I look up what MS.net Framework is for it says it is a Lot Of Programs that use Libraries.

What is it for how does it help Programs or Windows work?
