Free backup for Vista Home Premium

Is there a free backup program for Vista Home premium that will backup all fles including sysrem files?

Home Premium does not backup system files. It cannot do a complete backup. As you can see in the screenshot, Home Premium will not backup system files.

MG states suitable for "Win All" I have used it for XP Pro but not Vista, so take care.

One great advantage is that you can backup all Files with the original extensions if you so desire. For example, DLL's will be backed as DLL's, *.exe files will be backed up as *.exe, etc. This can come in handy if one file is corrupted in a proprietary format backup program (and your backup may prove useless).
With original extension backup, you can just omit a corrupted file, if any, and still proceed witha restore. Time taken to backup may prove to be a long while initially. It all depends on how much info you have to backup. Bazza
