free disfragmenter can disfragment while downloading?

hello, any free disfagmenter out there can do the job while new file coming in? cuz i leave my pc download over night.

I have never run a defragger with other stuff running. I close down everything that I can to save possible confusion. I would suggest that you don't try to defrag whilst running something else. Others may have tried it and got away with it, but to me it is not worth the risk. W98SE.
If you defrag regularly (I do it daily with Norton System Works), it only takes a few minutes. Depends on your hard drive size, of course. Bazza
