Well, my guess is that you have a false positive, but if you have a problem, then maybe you should take it up with Major Attitude, being it is his site. Sounds like you have some AV issues if they only catch a trojan on uninstall, instead of install?

What AV are you using, and what version?

DemoNews, like MajorGeeks is virus and spyware free. As mentioned, it seems weird you installed it, ran it, and it never flagged until uninstall. Sounds like a false positive or pre-existing trojan.

Please dont go pointing fingers until you know it for a fact. Using even the slightest attempt at grammar and spelling would be a huge help as well.

Also, you are aware that some versions of Xsoft Spy are phony spyware removers, right?

I am having trouble understanding what you are saying. Is English your first language, if not, sorry. Otherwise, taking the time to spell a few more words correctly would make it easier to follow. If I started responding to you with words spelled all wrong and you could not understand, you would be equally frustrated.

You may have gotten Xoft from an affiliate who was being sneaky, be sure you have the latest version:

Note on XoftSpy: XoftSpy was listed on this page because of concerns with false positives (1, 2, 3, 4), questionable license terms, and the use of aggressive, deceptive advertising (1, 2), including exploitation of the name "spybot" by affiliates. Earlier versions of XoftSpy were also Ad-aware knockoffs. (There was clone of XoftSpy named SpyBurn, but that application is no longer available.)
Over the past few months, XoftSpy has taken aggressive steps to reign in its affiliates (who were primarily responsible for the unsavory advertising), revised its license text, and released a new version of XoftSpy (version 4.0) that addresses our concerns with false positves. Given these changes we can no longer regard XoftSpy as "rogue/suspect" anti-spyware.

Well, a-squared did not pick up anything. Nor did Avast. Only Tauscan. If a program gives an alert that others do not back up, then its even more likely to be a false positive. Did you check the info on Nishica 1.0 in the Tauscan database? The information on it is completely blank.

I still vote false positive. Won't be the first or last time a program does that.

    Sarcasm gets you nowhere.

FYI, I looked it up too, and found squat. Even the Tauscan DB has blank info on it. I'd be curious to knwo what information you have to assert its validity. By all means, let us know the URLs and links.

Well, think about what you are linking to.

They both show a registry entry.

Now, I've run the uninstal.exe, and it removes the game.

So, if I ran the infected file, I would get the trojan, right?

I have no such entry in my registry.

I still see no proof that this is anything but a false positive.

The filesize doesn't even match up.

    Server:
    size: 452,096 bytes

    port: 53184, 53186, 53188, 53190 TCP

    added to registry:
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run "sysdat.dll"
    data: C:\Program Files\Nishica\sysdat.dll.exe

You might want to reconsider your wording next time.

Thats jumping the gun, no matter how you cut it. Believe it or not, what people say on forums can have an effect on a website, so you should make sure you are correct.
