    Pretty neat! And I double click my screen with 'Fences' running to hide the desktop icons - and the lights were still there.

    cool, thanks for the link. i was not aware that they wrote software at one time.
    so it is a small world after all... :)
    the company that i work for, as their computer guy, tiger tech has hosted our website for many years now,
    and i can not say enough good things about them, especially their customer service. it's simply outstanding.
    downloading as we speak :)

    The screensaver works fine and the lights show for a few seconds than either MS Security Essentials or MBAM kicks in and I no longer have the bulbs around the desktop. :(

    I might not have the time to troubleshoot it before Christmas.
