free hosting with add on scripts

    Can someone gimme the link to a free web space provider who also offers add on scripts like IPB 2.0? I need to cange to host of my site www.tech-station.net as the present host doesnot allow backups.
    I tried www.shyper.com but they only offer IPB1.2(Now thats pretty old;) )
