Free PDF Editor

I have researched all over the net and here at MG but there seems to be no free pdf editors for Windows. There are even a couple of threads here that explored it, but as time passes, I am hoping some wizard programmer has developed an open source editor.

I did find what was said to be a workaround, using a program to convert the pdf file to a Word doc, edit it, and save it back as a pdf. I don't have any peoblem creating a pdf file, there are lots of freeware programs to do that. So if this converter works, it might be the answer.The program is called

Has anyone had any experience with this? I am leery of it since it seems to be the only free thing in the universe to allow editing pdf files. That makes me suspicious.

Have you read this article? It goes through several free options for PDF>DOC conversions....

Hi

Try PDF995 and may need to visit their homepage and get PDFedit995 add-on and may do what you wish in editing PDFs, its a sponsored app to pay for it being free but doesnt add watermarks or anything to your doc (or remove these for $20 for 3 good apps).
